What We Do

Each Project Mercury project is a focused, custom collaboration between the Innovatrium and the sponsoring organization. Through the intentional recruitment and coaching of diverse teams, Project Mercury helps build the innovation culture, competency, and communities that our nation and strategic partners need in order to maintain free and vibrant societies.

Our 13-week curriculum unites team members across rank, specialty, location, and organization to explore multiple perspectives and challenge the status quo.

Become a Certified Professional Innovator

After successfully completing the Innovation
Acceleration Program participants earn a
certification from the College of Engineering
at the University of Michigan as a Certified
Professional Innovator.
