Welcome To The Project Mercury Innovator Workshop Program!
The purpose of a Project Mercury Innovator Workshop is to help wings, deltas, and other units accelerate the adoption of innovation culture, competency, and community within and between organizations.
We want to help you and your teams build “innovation readiness” into the fabric of your unit….ready to innovate again and again, leveraging the mindset, tools, and connections developed throughout the Project Mercury experiences. This is not a ‘typical’ course, where the instructor has the right answers. We expect participants to bring their strengths, weaknesses, questions, and curiosity to the table.
A selected group of Airmen from your unit will then have the opportunity to work virtually with an innovation mentor for a follow on sprint, tackling real change initiatives and seeing those initiatives through to a ‘pitch’ to stakeholders.
We accomplish this through a partnership between your unit and the Project Mercury ecosystem including professional facilitators, Project Mercury graduates, Air University, and innovators-in-training from your organization.
